Cultural event planning

Your moment.
Made to be felt.

Private or corporate, I make sure the heart and the love can be felt.

Two worlds

Private celebration or corporate event.
Both just as personal.

Do you want people to feel the culture of your organisation? Or do you want to tell and share the most beautiful chapter of a personal story? Every R1VERS event starts with the same question: who are you, really?

Corporate Events

Making the culture and soul of an organisation felt by the whole team. Forget the standard team building format. This is a day that starts with who you are as a company.

  • ~A day that starts from the identity of the company
  • ~A concept and execution that make the culture visible
  • ~A personal approach for management, owners and directors
  • ~An experience and a feeling that last longer than the day itself

Private Events

From anniversaries to milestone moments. I make sure your story can be felt in every choice of the day. A special day built from who you are.

  • ~I run the whole day, so you can be there without a worry
  • ~Concept and styling choices that reflect who you are
  • ~Guidance from the very first intake to the very last moment
  • ~Keepsakes that keep telling the story
How I work

From the first message
to long after the day.

Before we talk about packages, I would rather talk about you. Why does this company, this moment, this celebration exist? Which three words describe you best?

My way of working starts with a conversation. Contracts and forms come later. Only when the energy is right for both of us do we move forward.

First contact

online or through someone you know

You send me a message, give me a call or someone refers you. I read your message or we talk it through. I reply within 48 hours.

1

The click check

you and me, together at the table or online

I ask: who are you, really? Why does this company, this moment, this celebration exist? Which three words describe you best? Only when the energy is right for both of us do we move forward.

2

De Bron

who are you? 1 to 1.5 hours

Why does this love, this company exist? What makes your story unique? What is the strength of your culture? What feeling do you want to leave behind? This is the layer everything flows from. My events start at the source. It all begins here.

3

De Stroom

how does the day feel? concept and execution

From identity to feeling. How do those words come alive on the day itself? What absolutely cannot be missing? I develop the concept, select what fits and make sure everything is right before the day even begins.

4

De Zee

what does the day look like? execution

The moment everyone thinks: this is them. Atmosphere, scale, venue and feeling, translated as precisely as possible into the day itself. I hold the reins. You are fully present. That is the deal.

5

Aftercare and closing

the day deserves a worthy ending

After the event I get in touch. What moved your guests? What do you want to take with you to next time? The story of this event stays with me.

Both ways

What I ask of you

We build an iconic event together. For that I ask four things.

Respect

For each other and for everyone who works on your event, from the caterer to the DJ.

Transparency

Tell me what is going on, including budget and stakeholders. The sooner I know, the better I can solve it.

Trust

You hand me the reins on the day itself. That trust lets you be fully present.

Honesty

Tell me when something does not feel right. I am honest with you and I ask the same in return.

Approach & philosophy

Where Rivers Meet

Every event, corporate or private, flows through three layers to the moment of arrival.

01

De Bron

who are you?

Why does this love, this company exist? What makes your story unique? Which three words describe you best?

02

De Stroom

how does the day feel?

From identity to feeling. How do those words come alive on the day itself? What absolutely cannot be missing?

03

De Zee

what does the day look like?

The moment everyone thinks: this is them. Atmosphere, scale, venue, feeling ~ translated as precisely as possible into the day itself.

“A river begins as one small spring. It finds its own way ~ no two rivers are the same. And it flows out into the sea. So does your day.”

On your day I wear the velvet glove. In the run-up to it? Honest, direct and straight to the point.
