For international couples
- We can get to know each other on a video call, wherever in the world you are.
- I work in Dutch time (CET/CEST).
- I work in Dutch and English.
- Travel costs and translation costs are not included in the packages.
The legal marriage takes place at the municipality. R1VERS takes care of the ceremony and the day around it.
How I work.
Before we talk packages, I would rather talk about you. Who are you? What makes your day yours? What do you not dare to say out loud yet?
My way of working starts with a conversation. No contract, no form. A conversation where I listen ~ really listen ~ to what you feel, what you want and what you might not dare to say yet.
The click comes first. Mutual trust and respect are the foundation of everything that follows.
I don't always say yes. If I feel the energy is off ~ for you or for me ~ I am honest enough to say so. Half a match makes half a day. And that is not R1VERS.

You hand me the reins on the day itself. That trust lets you be fully present.

Tell me when something does not feel right. I am honest with you and I ask the same in return.

You land on the website, spot R1VERS on Instagram or hear my name from someone you trust. You send me a message. I read it personally and reply within 48 hours.
The click check

This is the most important conversation. I ask about you. Who were you before you met each other? What can your day not do without? What do you not dare to say out loud yet? After this conversation we both know whether we go on together. I take two days at most for my decision. You set your own deadline.

Which traditions are sacred? Which family dynamics do I need to know about? What is an absolute no? What would be perfect, if only you dared to say it out loud? From this conversation I build the architecture of your day. My journeys begin at the source. It starts here.

the stream: how does the day feel? planning phase, several touchpoints
From your story I build the day. Suppliers who fit your story, never a template. I take over all communication and guard the budget. At least five progress meetings (Gold & Bold) or weekly check-ins in the 10 weeks before the day (Silver River).
De Zee
the sea: what does the day look like? you feel, I steer
You are fully present. I am the invisible force behind everything that runs smoothly. Timekeeping, directing suppliers, looking after your guests. If something goes wrong ~ and something always goes wrong ~ I solve it before you even notice.
Aftercare and closing
because the day deserves a worthy ending
After the day I get in touch for our closing conversation. How was it? What touched you? Your story stays with me. I won't forget your children's names, the date you met or the moment you loved most.

The moment the river meets the sea. You are fully present, I hold all the direction. Atmosphere, culture, feeling ~ told as one flow, right up to the last dance.

I take on a select number
of couples a year.
For 2027 there are three spots left in May, June and August. April, July, September and October are fully booked. Getting married outside the high season? There is still room. Full attention. No waiting lists.
Discretion is part of the deal. Do you work in the creative industry or are you a public figure? Then I work with an NDA.
