The biggest difference is the moment we start. With Rivers Gold & Bold I start at the very beginning. With you. We build the day together from your story. Supplier selection, budget management, concept development, the timeline, everything. I am there from our first conversation until long after the very last dance.

With The Silver River you have already done the work. You booked, you planned and you arranged. At some point you just want to let go and enjoy it. That is the moment I step in. Ten weeks before the day I take over everything, from supplier communication and the timeline to the coordination on the day itself.

The costs of your suppliers are always outside the package. That covers your photographer, catering, flowers, music and venue. The same goes for travel costs for international weddings, translation costs and any permits.

For The Silver River specifically, supplier selection and contract negotiations before the ten weeks are not included. Neither is budget management across the full planning period.

Want something arranged that is not on this list? Just ask. Sometimes I make custom arrangements, and when I do, they are always on paper.

I work with two clear packages on purpose, because I believe clarity works. You know what you get and I know what I deliver. That is the foundation of trust.

Yes. In De Bron we create your Tradition Map together and decide what is sacred. Then I build one ceremony where both cultures have their own moment.

Not necessarily. Sometimes traditions fit into one ceremony, sometimes it is more beautiful to spread them over the day or over two days. I create one timeline for everything.

With a ceremony booklet that explains every tradition and a ceremony in two languages. In the seating plan I keep in mind who speaks which language. Translation costs are not included in the packages.

I stand as a neutral party between you and your family. Together you decide what is sacred. I help you explain that to your family and give their traditions a place wherever possible.

That involvement is precious. With R1VERS your family are guests on the day itself. They keep a place of honour while I handle the direction and the suppliers.

The discovery call takes 60 to 90 minutes and is completely free, with no strings attached. We have coffee or tea and I ask you questions you might not expect. Who are you to each other? What makes your day yours? Which traditions are sacred? What would be perfect, even if you do not dare say it out loud yet?

After our conversation I take up to 2 days to make my decision. I expect the same from you. We only move forward when we both feel a yes.

Already booked a photographer or a venue? No problem at all. I start where you are. My job is to bring everything together into one day that feels whole. One thing does matter. The sooner you book, the more room we have with the suppliers that are still open.

By email and messages on weekdays, and I reply within 24 to 48 hours. For anything urgent on the day itself I am always reachable. I also send updates before you ask, so you never have to chase me to know where things stand. Peace of mind is part of my service too.

Absolutely. Delft is my base and far from my limit. I work all over the Netherlands. For international weddings we can always look at what is possible during the discovery call.

Yes. I work in Dutch and English and our discovery call can be online. Travel costs outside the region are not included in the packages.

Yes. Most of my experience is in organising symposia, conferences and corporate events. I bring largely the same philosophy to them as to weddings. I start at the core. What do you want to achieve? What feeling should stay with your guests, and how do you want to make an impact?

Nothing. Free, with no strings attached and no obligations. No deposit, no fee and nothing to sign upfront. Just a conversation. If the click is there, we move forward.

Very few, on purpose. Your wedding gets my full attention. No waiting list and no divided focus.

Behind that attention are 14 years of event experience.

For 2027 there are three spots left in May, June and August. April, July, September and October are fully booked. Getting married outside the high season? There is still room.

After the discovery call, if we both say yes, I send you a tailored quote with the payment schedule. You pay in instalments. A deposit when you sign the contract, the second part halfway through our work together and the balance two weeks before the wedding day. Everything is on paper before we start.
